I don't know what I would do without this spa! They are all very kind and welcoming, and my laser hair technician is extremely aware of me and gentle with the treatments. I just received my 3rd treatment for laser hair removal yesterday. While it is painful, especially on my face, it is SO WORTH IT!!! After the procedure I got to chat with them for a lil before the 2hour drive home. They have been so kind and VERY Professional. What an unexpected GEM IN THE ROUGH! I tried this place through a Groupon promotion and had no idea what to expect...although the facilities are modest (i.e. not fancy) EVERY time I go back my expectations are not only met but exceeded...I have worked with several different staff there including the owner, Maria, and all are extremely professional, friendly, and take time to learn about what each person's individual wants and needs are. Overall good experience, friendly staff, listen to concerns. Second time going to them, the first time I just didn’t really like that I had to pay for 15 minutes of electrolysis when I only got 10 minutes. That bummed me out especially since it’s pricey to begin with. I just think they should change that and give the person an extra 5 minutes free of charge on their next session at the very least if that’s what they already paid for to make up for it. I know at some other places I have gone to that they have done that for me. * Edited I went back there and it was such a great experience, they were very accommodating and always friendly, I recommend this place to go get electrolysis done. 2 years ago, I was hesitant to step in and was nervous and skeptical of electrolysis, however I am glad that I made my way in. Since the first time, everyone has made me feel welcome and comfortable. They took the time to answer all my questions during my initial consultation and tested a small area to ensure that no negative skin reactions would occur. Within just a year, I'd noticed a huge difference in my hair growth, and now the hair on my abdomen area aside from a few strays is barely noticeable. Recommend going once per week for first few months, then changing to once every two weeks. My favorite technician is Stephanie. She is always very humble and caring. She never rushes through the appointment and does her best to get every hair. She also makes me feel at ease with her small talk and her hands are like magic- electrolysis can feel unpleasant if in the wrong hands but she maneuvers in such a way that I barely feel anything. Not only that, she does a great job to ensure no scabs are present on skin afterwards. I'm so happy to have met such a talented, friendly lady. Keep up the great work!read more

As a new customer, I had never used any of the services provided at a place like Senza Pelo. As a part of my consult, everything was very thoroughly described to me and Vanessa made sure that I was very well educated about the service I was there for. I used a groupon for an hour of electrolysis and Vanessa gave me the choice of whether or not I was wanting to go through with it after my consult since she wanted me to have a chance to do more research if necessary. I opted to continue with my appointment and while that itself hurts(by no fault of hers), she did everything she could to make it as bearable as possible. The ratings I read before coming definitely held true in the fantastic customer service they provide as well as their service overall. This is not going to do Maria justice but I will try to point out why she deserves 5*. 1-I bought a groupon to remove skin tags and I was received graciously at the front desk and then by Maria. 2-I didn’t know what to expect and I don’t recall exact details but she was honest in letting me know there would be some pain (don’t let that discourage you) and then she got down to business with her skill. 3-I recently went back (3rd time) to have a removal done very closely to the outer corner of my eye. My point being is that is how much I trust this woman. I go in for 15min and have always left feeling that she has gone above my expectations.read more

The service is great! I truly liked my electrologist, Stephany, she is caring and gives great service. However, the office itself is being shady about pricing lately. They charged my an extra $15 out of nowhere for injection. I pay $99 for an hour of electrolisis and $45 for an injection. This last time however, they charged my $56 without letting me know in advance. When I complained the owner said that it's because you have to pay for the nurse's time (the nurse who gives you your injection). As if you are not paying $45 already. I say, look into other places, there are great ones around the phoenix area that don't charge you surprise fees.read more
