A solid trip to Senza Pelo Med Spa!
As a 48 yr old male looking to defying the aging process, I found just the place where I felt at home from start to finish. This locally owned and operated spa has everything. The professional atmosphere was comfortable and the staff members were incredible. Tasha is a top notch professional with extensive knowledge and experience of the industry. I don't know what I would do without this spa! They are all very kind and welcoming, and my laser hair technician is extremely aware of me and gentle with the treatments. I just received my 3rd treatment for laser hair removal yesterday. While it is painful, especially on my face, it is SO WORTH IT!!! After the procedure I got to chat with them for a lil before the 2hour drive home. They have been so kind and VERY Professional. I have a few more treatments to go, and look forward to seeing them, the results I have noticed already make me feel so happy and validated when I look in the mirror read more

I love this place!! Well worth the drive from Tucson. I've been getting electrolysis there for a year now and have received such good care from both Maria and Kiara as well as nurses Tasha and Mario who administer numbing shots for the procedure. So grateful for Senza Pelo Med Spa.read more

What an unexpected GEM IN THE ROUGH! I tried this place through a Groupon promotion and had no idea what to expect...although the facilities are modest (i.e. not fancy) EVERY time I go back my expectations are not only met but exceeded...I have worked with several different staff there including the owner, Maria, and all are extremely professional, friendly, and take time to learn about what each person's individual wants and needs are. I would highly recommend them to anyone!read more

I just didn’t really like that I had to pay for 15 minutes of electrolysis when I only got 10 minutes. That bummed me out especially since it’s pricey to begin with. I just think they should change that and give the person an extra 5 minutes free of charge on their next session at the very least if that’s what they already paid for to make up for it. I know at some other places I have gone to that they have done that for me.

I have been receiving electrolysis treatments and laser hair removal at Senza Pelo Med Spa for over three years. Words can't begin to describe how grateful I am to have found Maria and her staff. They are all extremely knowledgeable about both laser hair removal and electrolysis. These women really know what they are doing and actually care about their clients. They have always showed integrity and compassion. Maria is such an amazing woman. She has gone above and beyond to help me as a client. The best day of every month is when I get electrolysis done by her or her daughter, Stephanie. Amazing women. I also get my hair cut and style done by Kiara, who is an awesome person. I would recommend Senza Pelo Med Spa to anyone looking for the services they provide. I was so nervous walking into my first appointment for hair removal but the staff was incredibly welcoming and warm. From the second I walked in I was greeted with smiling faces. Such a welcome change from other med spas. I felt very comfortable and there was no judgement! Maria was great at explaining options and making her own recommendations as to how we could get the best results. I visited Senza Pelo-Med Spa for the first time on 5/30/2018. After reading all the client’s reviews of the Med Spas I chose Senza Pelo-Med Spa for a 60 minutes electrolysis treatment . And I am glad I did! Maria was so knowledgeable on her profession that I felt very relaxed during the treatment, around-my-mouth hair removal. Maria also removed blackheads from the sides of my nose. The result is fantastic. Maria was professional and friendly. Definitely, I am going back to her again!read more

2 years ago, I was hesitant to step in and was nervous and skeptical of electrolysis, however I am glad that I made my way in. Since the first time, everyone has made me feel welcome and comfortable. They took the time to answer all my questions during my initial consultation and tested a small area to ensure that no negative skin reactions would occur.
Within just a year, I'd noticed a huge difference in my hair growth, and now the hair on my abdomen area aside from a few strays is barely noticeable. Recommend going once per week for first few months, then changing to once every two weeks.
My favorite technician is Stephanie. She is always very humble and caring. She never rushes through the appointment and does her best to get every hair. She also makes me feel at ease with her small talk and her hands are like magic- electrolysis can feel unpleasant if in the wrong hands but she maneuvers in such a way that I barely feel anything. Not only that, she does a great job to ensure no scabs are present on skin afterwards.
I'm so happy to have met such a talented, friendly lady.

As a new customer, I had never used any of the services provided at a place like Senza Pelo. As a part of my consult, everything was very thoroughly described to me and Vanessa made sure that I was very well educated about the service I was there for. I used a groupon for an hour of electrolysis and Vanessa gave me the choice of whether or not I was wanting to go through with it after my consult since she wanted me to have a chance to do more research if necessary.
I opted to continue with my appointment and while that itself hurts(by no fault of hers), she did everything she could to make it as bearable as possible. The ratings I read before coming definitely held true in the fantastic customer service they provide as well as their service overall. I am glad to have such a good Company so close to home!read more

The service is great! I truly liked my electrologist, Stephany, she is caring and gives great service. However, the office itself is being shady about pricing lately. They charged my an extra $15 out of nowhere for injection. I pay $99 for an hour of electrolisis and $45 for an injection. This last time however, they charged my $56 without letting me know in advance. When I complained the owner said that it's because you have to pay for the nurse's time (the nurse who gives you your injection). As if you are not paying $45 already. I say, look into other places, there are great ones around the phoenix area that don't charge you surprise fees.read more
